Shute Harbour

The Whitsunday Regional Council-owned storage, drying, and ticketing facility at Shute Harbour represents a significant expansion to the existing terminal, designed to boost operational efficiency and visitor experience.

In collaboration with Red Emperor as the Design and Documentation consultant, we successfully created a purpose-built facility that offers secure storage for goods and equipment, alongside a dedicated area for ticketing services.

This streamlined design consolidates essential functions into a single location, effectively reducing congestion within the terminal. The result is smoother operations, faster service, and improved flow for both staff and visitors.

The facility is seamlessly integrated with the existing infrastructure, ensuring optimal connectivity across all terminal areas, while meeting the specific needs of the harbour’s operations.
