We’ll guide you through the tendering process to ensure the best value for money, best quality for your budget and a partnership with experts who have the right experience for your project.
As your architect, our service is designed to remove complexities, reduce stress and streamline the process from evaluating bids to negotiating prices and preparing contract documents.

Collaborating with our network of expert builders and contractors can help support accurate cost estimation, minimise costly design changes later in the building process, and inform contractors of the labour and materials they’ll need to complete a project to scope.
Our involvement doesn't end with the selection of a contractor. We continue to administer the building contract throughout the construction phase, acting as your representative on site and ensuring that the project is delivered to the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
We believe in a collaborative and transparent approach. Throughout the contractor selection process, we maintain open communication, provide regular updates and seek your input at every stage. We’re committed to ensuring you feel confident and informed in your decision-making.
If you’ve chosen to work with a preferred contractor, we’ll undertake due diligence to review their qualifications, experience and proposed approach to ensure they’re the best fit for your project. We’ll organise a meeting with them to understand how they work and can assist in negotiation if required.
That’s up to you! An invitation to tender will be sent to a list of potential contractors. After receiving tenders, we’ll collate a report with all relevant information so you can compare prices and understand your options. Some clients prefer to be actively involved at this stage while others prefer a more hands-off approach. Whatever your preference, we’ll keep you informed throughout the tender process with regular updates.
We meticulously review the tender documents and final contract to ensure consistency and identify any discrepancies. This proactive approach helps to avoid miscommunication, frustrating delays and potential disputes so you can confidently step into a smooth construction process. Once a builder has been selected, we can also be engaged to complete the full contract administration process.
